It looks like Imus is suing CBS Radio. Apparently, his contract stipulates he should be confrontational and antagonistic. And says he has to receive a warning before being fired. And CBS is trying to screw him out of $4 million he's owed.

I'd love to hear what Howard's had to say about this over the past few weeks. I'm not willing to pay to hear him, though.
Sirius paid him a shitload of money, thinking he'd bring in listeners. Howard wasn't dumb. He took the money. Trouble is (for Sirius), no one jumped to satellite radio to hear him.
Howard, Howard, Howard. I may not be able to listen to you anymore, but I admire you for taking advantage of those dumb corporate fucks. (Especially since CBS was looking for a way to ditch him, and I guess Imus ended up getting the brunt of their wrath toward Howard.)
