Don't want to sound heartless, didn't dislike him at all, but is there more to him than two terrible shows that I'm unaware of?
His stand up comedy was nothing like his tv shows. It wasn't nearly as family friendly.

I've heard of it, even if I'm not familiar. I guess I worded my statement really badly; I'm not sure the people I'm seeing acting as if George Lucas died are the types to like raunchy stand-up. And not exactly in the age range you'd expect to be Full House fans.

You son of a bitch. Wait, that might be jumping the gun a little bit. I take it back. Not that you're not a son of a bitch or anything, you're just not a son of a bitch for killing Bob. Unless you did kill him, then you are of course.

Meatloaf also passed away yesterday.

Gilbert Gottfried posted a picture of himself with Louie Anderson and and Bob Saget. It was depressing.

Maybe the best "tier 2" alternative 90's vocalist. Very distinctive & uncommon rock baritone type of thing. I got a bit sick of their stuff after 2 albums... but their contribution to the seminal Singles soundtrack was extremely solid.

I had to check the rest of the people I remember from the 70s Sesame Street. Bob, Linda, Gordon, Maria, Susan, and Maria are all still alive.

Conrad Janis also passed away. He was Mindy's father on Mork and Mindy.
