Fifty bucks says the shot of her in some sort of Stormtrooper gear is a red herring, and she's either a former Imperial or goes in disguise. They threw that in entirely because of the "Is Finn really a Stormtrooper?" thing from the TFA marketing.

After one trailer, I'm more excited about this one than I was TFA. Assuming that was Mon Mothma, they really found someone who looked like a younger version of her.

She's the same Mon Mothma that was in Episode III (deleted scenes?).

looks awesome. i've watched it like five times already. and it comes out the day after my daughter's birthday!

i've recently been really jonesing for an Obi-Wan or Qui-Gon solo movie. i think they could do justice to a a prequel era movie in this tone.

BTW, one of my friends (who is not at all a dummy) thought Mon Mothma was so dead on, she assumed it was the actress from ROTJ (I guess heavily made up).

If there isn't an EU reason why that is, we should fix that.

Tarkin from the prequels was horrible. The POTF2 figure was looked more realistic.

Yeah, that capture really shows how far they went to accentuate that poor actor's face - and the figure was almost identical to that look if I recall. Yeesh.
