All shit-giving and Borat-hating and Norris-kicks aside, this movie really kicks an extraordinary amount of ass. When it came out, Stephen Hawking put aside his attempts to clone Joan Jett and had to come up with a new theory to explain how this much ass-kicking could exist in one place at one time.
Among other things, you get:
- Ray Charles with a handgun.
- Aretha Franklin swearing.
- Carrie Fisher as a terrorist.
- Illinois Nazis!
- The horrible acting of members of Booker T & The MGs (especially Matt "Guitar" Murphy), which is funny in itself.
- An awesome version of "Minnie the Moocher" performed by the late Cab Calloway.
- The best car chase ever committed to film.
- More quotable lines than any other film aside from The Princess Bride.
