It'll still never be as badass (or scary) as IG-88 in Shadows of the Empire for N64,

A live action Shadows of the Empire movie would be so fucking badass.

Probably just them reusing the prop more than anything else, but the story potential it creates is tremendous!

Now that you mention it, I don't think I ever finished Shadows of the Empire. Got stuck on one of the boss fights. Might have to drag out the N64.

Don't remember the exact details, but there was an EU novel with short stories about the bounty hunters. IG-88 ended up being part of the 2nd Death Star.

Don't forget: IG-88 was also part of the cantina in A New Hope.
Literally.

Is anybody going to SW Celebration in Chicago next month?
We are going Sunday. I haven’t been since Celebration II in Indianapolis way back in 2002.

I wish.
It's only like a 2 hour drive too, dammit.

Teaser Trailer Discussion - spoiler free, but speculation rich. Is everyone ok with this? Will remove spoiler tags if so, if not I'll keep them on.
Confirm with me the following:
Luke's voice at the beginning, Palpatine's laugh at the end? Ian McDiarmid came out at the end of the panel & said "Roll it again." in the Emperor's voice, so I'm taking that as pretty much confirmation the movie will involve that entity in some fashion.

1. Yes.
2. Also yes.
The title doesn't feel quite right.
I read that they are using unused footage of Carrie Fisher instead of CGI, which is nice.

Everyone thought The Phantom Menace and The Force Awakens didn't sound right either. It'll grow on you in time.
I don't get how part of the Death Star stayed intact. That shit blowed up into nothingness twice. And where is that, Endor or Yavin?
The Skywalker lightsaber is in one piece again?
Where's Artoo?
Why is Lando wearing his clothes from over 40 years ago?
If this is truly The End of the saga, I hope we get some happy endings for guys like Chewie or Artoo and Threepio.

Can a droid cum?
Wasn't that was a Phillip K Dick story?

If you go back to ANH, C-3PO does say that the oil bath is going to feel good. And he does seem to experience pain, so maybe.
I wasn't even thinking about the droids when I typed it, not that I was trying to visualize Chewbacca with an O-Face. The important thing is that we get a trademark on "Wookie Wads".

Then Threepio takes the rag and rubs his Ken doll unit.

Its like that meme where the guy asks "Does Chewbacca has a man dick or a dog red rocket? George Lucas won't answer my emails."
