We can infer from what we've seen that he's reprogrammed for some reason. That's what he's referring to.

I'm not feeling it this time & I'm not sure why. It's like I went into this trailer reveal with a bad attitude. I hope I shake out of it by the time the movie gets here.

Big fucking surprise seen in a Facebook comment:

Peaches hates the new movies more than he did the Prequels and is more than happy to wax (un)eloquent about how they fail as films in all respects. Get off his lawn.

I was looking on IMDB because I couldn't remember the name of Episode 8 (which I think may be my least favorite SW movie). Anyway, I found this list: https://www.imdb.com/list/ls068055646/

It has all the SW movies in order, including the Holiday Special and Ewok movies. They have Solo before ROTS. I haven't seen it yet, but I assumed it was in between ROTS and Rogue One. Anyway, after ROTS, they have list Star Wars: Revelations from 2005 It looks like some shitty cut scenes from a bad video game.

It also fucks up the order of the Ewok movies, unless Cindel somehow gets her dead family back.

And, seriously, Solo is totally worth the watch. I don't think anyone here will dispute that.

I like to think of Solo as the Guardians of the Galaxy of Star Wars. Not quite as serious and a lot of fun.

I intend on seeing Solo, but I just haven't gotten around to doing it.

With that new trailer, do we need to use spoiler tags to discuss it? I read a couple articles over analyzing every second of it.

I am, for the most part, blissfully unaware of most spoiler theories and would like to remain so until I see the movie.

I did the deep dive into spoilers for the prequels and it stunted my enjoyment of them(them being the prequels also stunted my enjoyment, but I digress)
But for the new trilogy I just tried to ignore any news/spoilers and enjoyed my theater experience much more. Not saying the movies are better, but not having to anticipate some nugget of info I gleaned from a conspiracy webpage about why somebody’s eyes are green instead of blue or some other insignificant bs just lets you sit back and watch the movie and let it unfold.

Ok. In the trailer there is a scene where Rey and Kylo are in a white room with black curtains near the station and appear to destroy a statue. The article I read said it was probably Vader. To me, it looked like a statue of the Emperor at first, but maybe it is something else. It didn't look live Vader to me.

Looks like it might be in a city somewhere. Somewhere we haven't been in years. Somewhere Leia is said to truly belong....

Or somewhere Jango might keep an apartment....

I agree on the possible location. Couldn't quite identify the black object.

There's one line in here that I think is going to be largely ignored but implies the Mandos were wiped out.

Calling it now: the Empire crushed Mandalore after Bo-Katan Kryze became their leader and sided with the Alliance. That more than her promise to Ezra is why Sabine doesn't seem to have ever returned.

That he learned Ezra and Kanan were instrumental in bringing Bo-Katan to power, and especially if he somehow learned Bo-Katan's late sister was the closest thing ever to Obi-Wan's girlfriend, would make this personal for Palpatine.

This character (along with Sabine and a few others) is one of the last vestiges of that race. Which is why he is openly a bounty hunter without shame, and why his armor is so jacked up.

Also predicting Moff Gideon (Giancarlo Esposito) led the assault on Mandalore and Werner Herzog provides the intelligence to bring him to justice.

Or it could refer to a Jedi.
