So, what toys did you buy or get this week?

I got Wicket, Gammorean Guard, Endor Rebel, and the other Jabba goon from Target today. I intended on buying Ackbar, but I got a phone call while I was grabbing them and it distracted me. I'll pick him up later, and I might get Luke & R2 while I'm at it.

Excuse my last post. I had a case of the bkutards.

I went to a Target this morning and there was no sign of wave 3. I'm sure that some people found them, but that's a far cry from a "nationwide event."

And I scored a Dirge to match my Blurr (probably from the same case, since it was the same store, but he was nowhere to be found the other day. Also got a Magnaguard, the only other ROTS figure I wanted from this wave.

They've kinda retconned the Cybertron Seekers into having names. So besides Acidstorm and Sunstorm, what is the name of the purple one?

I don't think he has one. "Sunstorm" was apparently some fan-made name that was made canon in the Dreamwave series. Acid Storm was just created by Hasbro. No idea on the purple one.

TRU has the LEGO SW TIE Defender on sale for 50% off ($26 and change) today starting at 3pm through midnight tonight and again all day tomorrow. the missus is dropping off the kid at my mom's house on long island and reported snagging the only one she could find at the carle place store. people were PISSED she found it, apparently, as they also had been hunting for it. once she's back we'll be heading up to the poughkeepsie TRU to see if we can get any more.

Got Sgt Stone from Tuesday Morning. While I was there, I saw they had Star Wars Transformers and some Revenge of the Fallen Transformers. They had Optimus Prime, a green dump truck, and a helicopter. (sorry I can't remember their names.) There was also an Lugnut from the animated line. The tag said the original price was $30 and they were selling them for $12-$13. Optiumus and the others were the larger series that came in a box.

I almost bought the generic remake of the original Constructicons for $7 but thought better.

In addition to buying a bunch of LEGOs, Wii games, and other assorted Xmas gifts for the kids in the past week, I also got
DCUC Wave 14: Tyr, Obsidian, Kamandi, Gold, Zatanna, Alan Scott, and Hourman with the CnC Ultra-Humanite. They were WM exclusives. I found them on the overstock cart still in the case and 'liberated' them.
The Marvel Legends variant Deadpool and Warpath 2-pack.

And from matty today I received MotUClassics Greyskull, Grizzlor, and Peter Venkman from Ghostbusters.
