Anyone know of a site that can tell what stores will be getting exclusives with upcoming DVDs?
I'd like to pre-order TMNT and save the hassle of going to the store. But I'll be pissed if, say, Wal-Mart has some exclusive extra disc or some shit like that, which seems to be more and more common now.

Not usually until the weekend before the movie is released, unless its a big movie like Star Wars where word leaks out early.

I'm working on Sunday because the director of the episode is in working with the editor on his cut of the show.
It's Stuart Gillard, who directed TMNT III. Nice guy.

Does his being a nice guy make up for unleashing the evil that is TMNT III?

I'm so lucky I never got into TMNT. It is one less thing I like for Michael Bay to poop on.

I could get you hooked on TMNT pretty quickly. Ever read any of the original Eastman & Laird issues? (Or, surprisingly enough--and, IIRC, Diabolical will actually concur with me here--the Archie series?) Those were some hardcore shit. Well, the E&L books. The Archie books were more kid-friendly, but still pretty high on the violence and character development scales... sort of like Hama's GIJoe, but with a bit more silliness.

First off, the irony of this Topic's title, in light of recent announcements, does not escape me.
Secondly, Michael Bay told all the whiny fanboys to shut the fuck up. He said "I'll fuck your childhood any way I see fit. After I'm done fucking TMNT, I'm gonna fuck Thundercats, He-Man, Care Bears, and any other franchise I can find. And the studios are gonna PAY ME SOOOOOO MUCH MONEY. So much money to fuck your childhoods. Oh gawd, I can't even count that high. It's gonna be beautiful. Your tears buy my teenage hookers!!"

Peter Laird clarifies his sarcastic comments about Bay's TAINT.

And now "Teenage" gets dropped from the title.
Barely Legal Alien Samurai Terrapins (BLAST!) is my new idea for a film. It's about these turtles from a local pet shop that get doused in radioactive chemicals, then are trained as warrior vigilantes.
Nobody seems to be using anything similar to that idea right now, so I should be safesies!!
