I got the Dark of the Moon Powerglide. There was a coupon on Target's site for $5 off a $5.99 TF purchase, only it specified it had to be a DOTM toy. That scale of figure is $7.99, so I printed two coupons for Guzzle and Powerglide. No luck on Guzzle yet.

Walmart is clearancing out their Pharoah's Tomb LEGO sets. The little bi-plane set is down to $10 so I'm going to buy a few of those and make a squadron. That will also give me a tidy little army of the winged mummy guys. I have two already.
The giant snake set is $25 down from $29 and the sphinx set is $35 down from $50 but they have like a dozen or more of those left so I'm hoping those drop even lower.
The big pyramid set is still $95.

Not sure if any of you guys are into this, but someone on Hisstank said Marshall's is getting the new Thundercats figures. $6.99 each.
Ross is getting some cancelled Iron Man figures. "Mandarin, Jim Rhodes WM, Ultimate IM, and Comic series Whiplash."

Interesting. My daughter wants Wilykit and Wilykat, but, unless I'm mistaken, $6.99 is normal price. Unless it's the classic figures, which kinda look like poo.

i had a $25 credit at amazon (because of an actual $10 credit promo for pre-ordering LEGO PotC and $15 in conciliatory credits because of how badly they handled the free Jack Sparrow minifigure promo on the same item) and they had a $90 set (
7066 Earth Defense HQ) marked down 30% to $62.99 - so i ended up buying it for $41.08, tax included. i ordered on saturday, the last day that price would be available as they were matching TRU's Bricktober pricing, and it's out for delivery today!

New Marvel 6"? That sounds promising. I'm still sad they went away from that format in the first place. Or maybe it's more of a

feeling than sad, to be honest.

You'll be happy to know, Marvel Legends returns in spring 2012. The first two BAFs are Terrax and Arnim Zola. And the Arnim Zola wave has a running change in the middle of the release where you can swap out certain pieces and make the Red Skull variant. I forgot exactly who's in the waves (google it!) but they include BuckyCap, Ultimate Hawkeye, Modern Drax, Madame Masque, Madame Hydra/viper, the Wrecking Crew, and more.
Plus, they've been releasing 2-packs and other things sporadically for the past couple years. It's been slim pickings but they didn't go away entirely.

I just got this on clearance at WM for $60 because the box was all beat to shit. Not as good a deal as vyn got, but still a deal on a kickass set. I also got the King's Castle at TRU for $70. I got it for my daughter for Christmas last year, so this ones mine.

Wileykit and Wileykat. Not for me, though. The construction on the Thundercats figures is sorely lacking.

Bandai can suck a fat one. How and why they get licenses is beyond me.

I actually took the Thunderkittens back today. Reviews online were absolutely horrible, including one that posted pics of the back. You thought there was little effort in the front? Oy vey. Many people said these were no good for kids, and I observed two Wileykats with the arms off in the package already.
