Does anyone know if the music from the newest trailer is from the movie itself? Or is it borrowed from another film like the earlier trailer borrowed from LotR.
Because its kinda growing on me.

Man, Fuck Superman.
Those movies are all a bunch of bullshit Propoganda. It's an analogy of how filthy immigrants are better at doing all our jobs, so we should let all the fucking pansy liberal assholes have their way and open the borders. Fuck. That.

I cannot get excited about this movie. It's not even a "I might see it eventually" movie. This is a "if it's on HBO and I'm bored shitless and the internet is down and every other channel is airing Vince Offer infomercials (but they're all Vince Offer infomercials I've seen)" movie. It's like they made a movie about nut hair, and I could see myself watching Transformers 4 before getting around to this one. They're trying too hard to get away from Superman Returns and do the Batman Begins thing that it no longer even looks like a movie about Superman to me.

Did the latest trailer impress?
I still think it looks like a bag of dicks with testicular cancer.

Jimmy Olsen is hot.
Bet you never thought you'd hear/read those words. And then agree with them.

I do not agree with those words.
Jenny Olsen is hot, though.

I've been griping, but was still willing to watch if reviews were good.
However, I read a spoilery review to see if one thing that bothered me in the trailers was misrepresented. It was not. And there's another thing that's a much, much bigger deal.
I will never pay to see this movie, as I have no interest in a fucking Supreme movie. This is not Superman.

Going tomorrow. Can't be shittier than Green Lantern.
I'm glad they finally addressed Superman's origin. Can you believe the guy's been around 75 years and nobody thought to tell the story of where he came from? Who his parents were? That's just crazy.

Pa Kent not only tells Clark he should've let kids die to protect his secret, he then refuses to accept Clark's help during a tornado because it might sacrifice his identity, dying in the process and saddling Superman with Spider-Man Syndrome, AKA "my surrogate daddy's dead and it's my fault!" While Jonathan Kent would be the first to say something like "Don't worry about me," he would recognize the effect this would have on his son and no fucking way would he do something like this.
Also, Superman kills Zod by breaking his neck. A far cry from the occasional not-quite saving a bad guy from dying, or even Batman's "I won't kill you, but I don't have to save you" from Batman Begins. Superman does not intentionally kill. Ever. Ever. Ever. Period. And don't even cite Doomsday or the alternate-reality Zod from the Byrne run like a bunch of fanboys already seem want to do, because those are both far cries from breaking a guy's neck.
Unfortunately, we live in a world where people actually think the Transformers movies are great and far better than any other version of the characters ever, so this will be a smash hit and an entire generation will grow up thinking this is the way Supes is.
