This is my current top 10 list from that thread:

1. Palpatine from duel with Yoda
2. Funeral Pyre Vader
3. Padmé green gown
4. Han Solo Yavin Ceremony
5. Clone Pilot Odd Ball (Write-in)
6. G8-R3 (R5-A7)
7. Padmé Yellow Picnic Dress
8. Padmé - orange handmaiden dress (Write-in)
9. Mawhonic
10. Yoda Spirit

So, I guess there are only three OT figures on there (Funeral Pyre Vader, Han Solo Yavin Ceremony, and Yoda Spirit). I figure they're gonna do more or less all of the cantina anyway, they're likely to update all of the vintage line, and I can't think of much else that hasn't been covered at least fairly well. There's a lot of stuipd EU shit getting votes on there by people who only have like two posts . . . the films need more love.

Saw the Walmart exclusive 2-packs. I was thinking about getting the Corran Horn with his R2 until I saw the price tag. How the hell can they charge $17 for those things?

Target had Wedge's X-Wing today. If it makes it to clearance, I might pick it up.

I wondered that when I bought them, but then I bent over and took it. They're pretty much gone from my area now.

I've been looking forward to this, but haven't seen it yet.

Of note lately, I got the Tank Droid last week, and it's pretty cool. I also got Cad Bane today - you can totally tell that they're going to release a version with more articulation sometime down the road (shocker). The tubes on his arms prevent much movement, so that's a little frustrating. Otherwise, it's still nice.

After that two-week-period or so earlier this summer when I'd spend around $100 every time I went to a store, it's been pretty quiet. There's a lot of exclusive stuff out now, but like Wedge's X-wing, I haven't seen any of it. The onslaught of Legacy Collection figures starting soon is going to be insane.

You know what Hasbro really needs to release?

Something Star Wars that is worth buying that doesn't suck.

I went by Target today because there've been reports of their exclusive GIJoe SNAKE Armor (under whatever new name was concocted for the movie line) showing up. I saw them cracking open cases of the Wedge X-Wing. I didn't even look to see if the figure was a kitbash or straight reissue.

As long as it wasn't the crappy POTF2 version from the Falcon carry case, it would be new to me. I never got the internet exclusive Wedge. According to RS:
Wedge Antilles is a kit-bash figure using the arms, legs, and crotch of Nrin Vakil, the gloves and helmet of 2006's VTSC Wes Janson, a new torso and head. The helmet is the same as similar X-Wing Pilots, but the plastic has been stretched to fit Wedge's head.
Why hasn't Hasbro ever stuck a Wedge figure in the regular line?

I don't know. It would make sense, since he's the only non-core character to appear in three movies, and he blew up the second fucking Death Star.

Well, it was quiet, until I spent $175 on SW today.

I got the Wedge X-wing today, and it's about as nice as the others. The cockpit is weird and kinda shitty (no decals or paint on the dash, weird seat that leaves a hole behind Wedge's head) but everything else is good. There are quite a few places where there's weird/interesting paint, and the lack of heavy weathering is actually fine on this one. It's $5 more than the Dagobah one was in 2006, so it's not too bad, but given that almost every Target exclusive gets clearanced, it wouldn't be terrible to wait. It's definitely the best Wedge, at least, and it has those nonessential-and-pretty-uninteresting-but-hey-here-they-are-finally ladders.

I also got all the current Walmart exclusives - CW Ambush packs (nice if you like this style and episode), Octuptarra ($35, but fucking huge beyond belief), and the Evolutions sets. The only movie figures from these are John D. Branon and Jake Farrell from the Rebel Pilots set and the TIE Fighter Pilot from the Imperial one. If you liked the other pilots sets, then I'd recommend at least the Rebel one. The V-wing pilot has a funky (in a good way) helmet, and the black Clone Pilot is kind of pointless, but I'll stick him in my overpriced shadow ARC-170.

Still no new Legacy stuff, but I read that the TPM wave showed up in California. Thank Christ they finally recalled Yarna - I've seen one or two in the last week, but that's far better than the 10 that every fucking store had until then.

Found most of the ROTJ wave today. They didn't have Slave Leia or Luke. Passed on the Biker Scout. I got all the pieces of the R5 build-a-droid, but only the legs of the blue R3. Not sure if I want the Luke, but I'd like to complete the R3, and Luke has its head.

I dug out the POTF2 Skiff Guard Cinema Scene base to see if the gun that comes with that new guard fits on it. I thought it was going to be too short, but it is just about the right height.

I actually want that Leia - looks like they did it better than the original.
Plus I really like the inclusion of the second legs, rather has over articulate the figure.

Now all they need is a proper ROTJ Jabba.
Fuck, all it would take is a slightly rubbery version of the old mold a la the Rancor.

What store had these? I've heard people seeing them at TRU, but I'm not sure about anywhere else.
