Just reading an IDW Publishing Q&A wrap-up from Wizard World LA and I came across this quote:
* Ryall said he looked into a possible Transformers/Star Wars crossover by George Lucas "wasn't a big fan of that."

The fact that IDW wants to cross the Transformers with every other universe proves they're greedy and stupid enough to make up for Lucas in this case.

Transformers crossing over with heroes cancels out their coolness. People who've seen Spider-Man web slinging across the skyline have seen other shit like Galactus.... why the FUCK would they give any shits about giant robots?
Transformers are only cool when they're on "regular" earth, so that they're the freakshow. Capiche?

I think a Transformers/Star Wars movie would be awesome! If Bunblebee was a jedi and he had to lead some ninja stormtroopers against the decepticons. I think George Lucas should do that since my brother said that George Lucas owns Hasbro and Hasbro owns Transformers, then he owns all the Transformers and can make them do what he wants and he can make Optimus into a taxicab if he wants! But I wouldn't like that. But he could be an X-Wing for Dath Vader and they could blow up a death star that was bad for the bad guys.
