The one Im referring to has 2 pictures, the first one a shot of the guy lifting and screaming with a nasty stain in his tighties, the inset pic has the O-ring pretty much torn and inverted, with his rectum (end of intestine) still in place, and apparently full of shit. It's fucking crazy.
