I just read that Christian Bale is going to play 30-something John Connor in the 4th movie. Cool.




And for all you haters of the TV show. I've seen it. It's good.

I didn't really like the third movie for a variety of reasons, but if they make a fourth, they need to keep Arnold (I heard he stopped acting). What's the point if they don't have him?

No Arnold = No Terminator.

However, casting Christian Bale as John Connor is a smart move.

Ahnuld is making a fifth Terminator movie?

At what point did SKYNET think making Terminators that look like flabby 70 year old Bavarians was a good idea? Are they going to kill John Connor in the Nursing Home this time around?

That's a fun twist on the plot.

I really have no opinion at this point.

I'm confused. Does this follow the last one or ignore it. Where is the continuity at this point in the franchise? Why does that still image of Arnie look like he has lady bewbs? Why doesn't the melty morphing terminator look like Robert Patrick? Ugh!

It seems like this is a complete and total reboot, using elements from the first two films, but recasting every actor except Arnold, who's here playing a Terminator who protected Sarah Connor growing up. The fuck? The trailer looks like middling shit, so I have no interest. Emilia Clarke may be a goddess but her fake American accent is ridiculously bad.

Genisys took a giant turd at the box office, but they're still green lighting a 2nd and 3rd movie because regardless of what happens, the rights to Terminator revert back to James Cameron in 2019.

I did not hate the new movie. I thought it was average and a decent diversion for two hours.
But apparently movies can't be only so-so anymore. They're either the greatest thing ever or they are hideous travesties of celluloid wrapped in dogshit.

Emilia Clarke is HAWT. And she's only like 5' tall which makes her even hotter. Short chicks are my kryptonite.

There is a Phil Collins or Peter Gabriel joke to be made. I'm just too lazy to figure it out.

Anyway, I saw it also. It was entertaining. Far better than that piece of shit Terminator 3.

I like how they had a decent explanation for elderly Arnold. Emilia Clarke was really good as Sarah Conner, but John Conner and Kyle Reese were horribly miscast.

They wanted Christian Bale to come back and play John and he said no.
