let me know what would make this worthwhile.
features to be implemented:
support for all major graphics formats: jpg, gif, png
possibly support for other formats: tiff, targa, raw, bmp
delete uploaded/generated image files once a day - to reduce server space used and inhibit hotlinking
possibly support for building animated gifs: have to look into the ins and outs of this one
