A couple of new toy ideas.
First is for Toybiz. It's selfish for me cause I want civilians to hold hostage when my Sinister Six is robbing a bank, but Toybiz could spread out into the "girl" market by applying their "Legends" articulation to regular looking people; dads, moms, kids, people in business suits, doctors, construction workers, police, firefighters, taxi drivers, homeless people, etc. Endless varieties of citizens. Then throw in some 1:12 vehicles: SUVs, sportscars, VWs, cop cars, Mailtrucks.
Secondly, who has the rights to old TV Shows? I've been getting into the old DVD sets and it'd be cool to have a 6" Bo and Luke with a 1:12 General Lee. Or a Michael Knight with a 1:12 KITT. How about Crockett and Tubbs figures? A-Team? Magnum with a 1:12 Ferrari. You get the idea.

Wow. Legible. Coherent. This must've been BEFORE your dad started putting the plastic bag over your head...

A Film Crew Action Figures line.
A director with a director’s chair. Sound guy with a boom mike. Camera guy with a steadicam rig. Various people with clipboards.
Vehicles could be one of the giant camera rigs they sit in. Or a stunt vehicle with the driver on top of the car. Or a car with the camera rig on the hood for the ‘actors’ in the car.
You’d buy them and place them in dioramas with your regular toys and BOOM now it’s a behind the scenes thing.
I googled it to see if anyone had already thought of it. The closest I could tell was little stationary figures for train models. Otherwise, nothing.

"No Tom Foolery today, Ron. I'm tired of looking at your dreadful, speckled mug."

Probably the wrong scale for you you are looking for, but back to the 1970s, Fisher Price Adventure People had a TV crew.Tom Foolery wrote: ↑Wed Jun 05, 2024 9:05 pm A Film Crew Action Figures line.

I didn't have these, but I had a space shuttle, a deep sea diving set, and a park ranger set. As you probably know, Kenner based the original Star Wars line on Adventure People.
