Its a throwaway line at the end of this article about Dynamite Entertainment at C2E2:

Ennis also announced that his return to Marvel will be working on the Max version of Nick Fury, with Goran Parlov on the artwork.

If its the same MAX universe as Ennis' Punisher then this is an instant buy. Nick Fury slept with multiple chicks (hookers?) and beat the shit out of a four-star general with his belt.

Apparently Ennis did a Nick Fury Max mini-series back in 2002.

Looks like it's out of print. If he's revisiting Fury, maybe they'll bring it back?

Or maybe there might be a battered copy for half cover price at Comic-Con.
