Top Summer Films of 2016
Hey! It's that time of year again!
We've been doing this long enough you know the rules.
1. It's not about which movie is kewlest or wev. (Although feel free to chime in on that), it's about what sits on top of the Box Office mountain as King at summer's end.
2. Cartoons don't count. That's why there aren't any on the list.
3. It's summer movies. That's why Rogue One isn't on the list. Or Deadpool.
I think this year is a close race between two or three possibilities. My Marvel bias shows, but I'm going with Civil War because it's basically another Avengers movie.
I cut Jungle Book from the list because it was early in the year and Warcraft barely didn't make the cut in favor of..well the bottom six that don't really have a shot but I use all ten slots.
Apart from SuperBats and Civil War, everything else will do decent BO but not crazy Age of Ultron/Jurassic World numbers. They're all just sequels or reboots.
Suicide has the possibility of being that Guardians style hit that has no competition going into Late August, Sept and Oct.
but also the potential to be super garbage.
What do you think?

Suicide Squad will have some folks squealing off the hop, but will quickly be exposed as the steaming pile that it will be quickly enough to avoid it overtaking Civil War as the big money winner for this year. Supes/Batman has a shot.

I hear a lot of love and hate for Ultraman vs Owlman and The Fresh Prince of Belle Reve. But I only hear excitement for Civil War. I'm going with Civil War.

Dude. I told you it's a struggle to round out the ten options on the poll.

Jeezum, I guess putting B vs S on the list was a mistakey.
How embarrassing for WB and DC that Deadpool is going to end up making more than the Trinity's first feature film??
