You'll know if you read it.

The last 8-10 pages are blank black pages to let it sink in. There's no ads or letters pages at all.

I went & bought a digital copy so I could read it before I came back to see if you replied. Great & terrible. I had a bad feeling that one thing was going to happen a couple of issues ago, doesn't make me any less sick now. Hoping against hope it might resolve differently than we are thinking.

Revolution: Pretty good, but looks like I need the tie-ins to get the full story. (Lots of jumps in the story accompanied by footnotes.)

I fucking love Soundwave.

Ordered Action Man Vol. 1 because it's by Barber and now set in the same world as Transformers. Haven't read yet.

Also played some catch-up (but haven't read yet, either) and got Jem and the Holograms Vols. 2-3. I'm hoping they're at least half as good as the pleasantly surprising first.

Even though I'm supposed to be stopping, I'm still buying. Here's what's been purchased since the last update:

SW29
Last 2 issues of Batman, Detective, Action & Superman (the 18th issues of each series since Rebirth I guess I lied about dropping Batman last time)

Dr Strange 18 - exiting at 20 when Aaron & Bachalo jump off
Unworthy Thor 4 - I'll stick with both Thors until Jason Aaron is done here as well
IVX 5
Clone Conspiracy Omega & ASM 24 - a clean jumping off point, as Norman Osborn will be back in the oversized 25 - which will be my final issue

Warren Ellis' The Wild Storm 1 - I still have a soft spot for Planetary & the Authority - this is the best writer for those series Rebrithing the entire Wild Storm universe. I'll give it a few to see where he goes. Likely better consumed in trade format, but it's hard not to buy stuff. :*(

Didn't Ellis relaunch WildStorm about a decade ago, and only managed one issue before he got bored and moved onto other things?

I'm still buying stuff and not reading it, but I dropped all the X-books because they were all tying into IvX and I could care less. Pretty sure the Marvel books I'm 'keeping up with' all have at least one issue missing from their run somewhere.

I told my LCS guy I've got like four months backlog of unread stuff and he got a little nervous. He said he's seen that before from people who stop reading/collecting. Since I drop $40-60 a week with him, I'm fairly certain I'm one of if not the biggest customer in that shop.

The Xbooks are rebooting after ivx anyhow, you'll catch whatever final 2-3 issues you miss from each series in the quarter bins some time soon. Back to X-Men Gold & Blue. Inhumans is also starting over apparently.

That's what I was thinking. Most Marvel books are stuffed in dollar bins six months after they come out.
