First off, your licks ROCK.

On a technical side, the music is overpowering the voice. I was straining to make out the lyrics.

Ahh, that is what EVERYONE has said so far RE the lyrics- I'm stil workin shit out- when I am putting stuff from the board to the PC, I have NO way of hearing how the mix will turn out til it's done, and so I took maybe 10 tries and kinda said "OKAY" once I had a decent mixdown- there's tweaks I can do and also , with the problems in mind, I can record stuff differently so the next stuff iwll be PERFECT (that's why I wa kinda stressing "rough Demo" as that's EXACTLY what it is)

As to my playing ability, thanks but I AM just a hacker- I have a few buddies who will be supplying fucking KILLER leads on some of the next stuff

Again thanks for checkin it out, the unanimity on the vocals is good to know- since I KNOW all the lyrics, I can "hear" them whether they're actually audible or not, so it's good to know just how problematic the recording is...

I totally admire creativity and think you're at the top of your game.

In the meantime, I started a thread in the site-comments-suggestions, that Steve incorporate an audio file of MOMC as a theme song for the main page to the site when you enter. None of the other fan sites have home-grown theme songs. We're a real fan site, right? So why not? (I am serious, no matter how funny the idea might seem - of course it would be funny. The song's funny).

Well, I'm not sure what songs you're versed on with the guitar (and no doubt you're talented) but if you know Def Leppard's Armageddon It, I've toyed with the idea of writing a song to that tune for you called "Diorama It." Go ahead and run with that if it sparks your creativity. Otherwise I may not have time to brain storm with you until tonight. I have to run out for a medical appointment.

Oh, and if you're a KISS fan, which I think you are, "Lick It Up" would turn into the perfect Mouse Droid song, "Sniff It Up!" Hehehe.

I'm not sure exactly what it even means either.... keep it to a dull roar tho okay??
