So Chuck Dixon put together a proposal wherein Dr Doom brings together the "horror" heroes of Marvel to act as a sort of police force to protect Earth from otherdimensional invasions? And we got the fucking Midnight Sons instead?

I love CBR's Urban Legends page. I discovered it by accident a few weeks ago, and have since went back and started on page 1. A lot of them I had heard before, but there were plenty new ones. Currently I think I'm about to page 40.

Speaking of Midnight Sons. I think the whole post-Secret Invasion super crossover "Dark Reign" is going to be arcane/mystic-centric. Dark Avengers? We'll see what Bendis has cooked up.
